Gray and rainy days spent at home with my bestie.
I've got to admit, this winter has been incredibly mild and I really have nothing to complain about, but nevertheless I can't wait for spring to arrive, for temperatures to remain warm and not tease us with 60 degrees one day, 30 the next.
We've been marveling at the world from inside, cautiously stepping outside every now and then during a rain break to feel the warm air when it's present. Other times we peak outside when it's chilly to remind us of how warm the home truly is.
Zoe loves the wind, squinting her eyes and squealing a little before holding her breath when a big breeze hits her face. It's a wonderful thing to be able to stay with her and watch her grow, experience the world through her eyes. Being a stay at home is extremely tough sometimes, but I know that so is being a working mom and I am super fortunate to have this opportunity to be with her during these precious times.
